At a Special Meeting of Wisbech Town Council held on Monday 23 October, Janet Hutchinson, Raymund Hutchinson and The Chairman of the Wisbech Branch of the Royal British Legion had bestowed upon them the Honorary Freedom of the Town of Wisbech, as an act of gratitude for their services to the town and in recognition of the high esteem in which they are held by the community of Wisbech.
