The Council can submit views (which may take into account the views of local residents), but Fenland District Council are the local Planning Authority and they primarily look to us to provide local insight and may not follow our view.

If you have any comments to make about a planning application, you can send comments to both Wisbech Town Council and Fenland District Council, but please ensure that they are made within any deadline period.
